Heating system

Aerothermie

A system that boasts excellent energy efficiency coefficients in both cooling and heating modes. Air is used as a renewable energy source in both cooling and heating modes. A renewable energy source for air conditioning and hot water production. A heat pump (outdoor unit) extracts energy from the air and transfers it to the indoor unit, which heats the water for heating and sanitary use.

In summer, the process is reversed: the heat from the house is directed outside to power an air conditioner.

Simple ventilation with heat recovery

GroupVial has introduced an inflow ventilation system.

Controlled mechanical ventilation in each apartment is provided by the Simple Flow System. With Simple Flow VMC systems, air is drawn in through louvers in the facade and expelled by a fan. These systems feature a network of ducts through which the stale air is transported from the building's interior to the exterior.

 

The heat recovery system saves energy by transferring the temperature of the extract air to the supply air, significantly reducing the thermal jump. In winter, the cold outside air is heated, and in summer, the reverse happens. To take advantage of cool summer nights, the system features a bypass that directs the filtered air directly into the rooms without any temperature exchange with the extract air. This is called free cooling.


Underfloor heating

This air conditioning system transfers the temperature of the hot water circulating in the floor through a pipe system installed beneath the floor. Underfloor heating represents savings compared to traditional heating systems and radiators, and the operating temperature is lower: the water in the circuit has a temperature of approximately 30ºC, while the temperature of the radiators is around 60ºC. Heat distribution throughout the house is significantly improved. The heat distribution throughout the apartment is much more even and also allows for better use of the space within the home, as there are no longer any radiators in the rooms.

Insulation made of plasterboard and mineral wool. External thermal insulation through the installation of EPS panels with mortar. An 80 mm SATE system with mortar and mechanical anchoring, plastered with a double layer of primer and plastered with acrylic mortar. Double partition walls made of 13 48 gypsum plasterboard, rock wool insulation. Suspended ceilings made of water-resistant gypsum boards in wet rooms. Walls and ceilings painted with smooth plastic paint.


Interior floors

CEM II/AP 32.5 R mortar and M40 sand, troweled and smoothed to 1/6. Installation of underfloor heating with the appropriate cross-linked polyethylene pipes. High-density EPS panels, onto which the mortar is poured, are laid, and the self-leveling mortar is poured and laid with marble tiles in Duero Grey or Ivory Cream. Tiles in Duero Grey, Ivory Cream, or similar porcelain stoneware with a hammered finish and subsequent aging are laid with first-class cementitious adhesive, applied with a trowel, and provided with a 1 cm edge joint of expanded polystyrene.


Outdoor flooring

Private outdoor terraces, smoothed and levelled with a layer of CEM II/AP 32.5 R mortar and M40 sand up to 1/6 and laid with marble tiles in Duero Grey, Ivory Cream or similar porcelain with surface treatment, tiles in Duero Grey, Ivory Cream or similar porcelain stoneware with hammered surface and then aged, levelled with first-class cement adhesive applied with a trowel, combined with porcelain stoneware floor tiles laid at the same level by means of adjustable supports (PLOTS).


Exterior cladding:

Plastered with leveling mortar on the EPS system SATE. EPS panels from the SATE system on the vertical façade surfaces, ready for application with plastic paint. Areas with cladding in Gris Duero marble or similar with a hammered and aged finish. 60x40 format, alternating with cladding in ALUCOBOND aluminum sheet.


Interior paneling

Cladding made of the same marble as the floor on vertical surfaces in the wet areas of the bathrooms (showers). Smooth, matte, and washable, top-quality plastic paint is used on the interior of the apartments, doors, and stairwells.
